You know, I am very angry with the design team for constantly making Mishime a good card. I'm trying to hate this guy with a passion and you guys are ruining it for me. Laughing

in all seriousness this is a stupid good card even if he's got a big target painted on his back. Bow to kill=yes please. and bow for zombie was nice back in samurai. Combining the two is delicious cake, even if he's more likely headed for the "big stompy guy" decks rather than undead swarm.

Interesting. Every Daimyo this set has had a 9 Gold Cost. In fact Hakuseki's Gold Cost was 9 as well. I'm really curious if each clan is going to be recieving a 9 Gold Cost unique this set.

I really do hate the persona of Mishime. But I cannot fault this card. Maybe I'll just color someone else's face on. I know! My girlfriend is pretty potent. Maybe I'll just glue a picture of her face on. CHUDA SARAH!!! ENFORCER OF CUTE AND TAKER OF YOUR SOULS!!!

I hope your girlfriend doesn't share in any of the traits Mishime has in the RPG. He's one nasty fellow Razz

I realize I'm the odd man out on this one but, um...this card sucks. It's effectively a 7g battle Touch of Death that can't target through attachments, and you have to run 3x Deflection and 3x Sneak Attack to have any chance of using him even once. No sane defender is going to let him survive the first action, so at best he's a shield to keep an Udo alive one second longer. Maybe it's just a playstyle difference, but I'd much rather have an action giving me a guaranteed, free zombie (the SE version) every turn than a very conditional one I'll probably only get to use once. You're better off running Private Whispers and the actual ToD, as you can wipe a whole unit out.

I was really hoping we'd get something to make undead followers, like a more fuctional Chuda Shikyo... Oh well. Another 4 months of Goblins, I guess. Sad

I'm not sure what to think about this card. While I like battle actions on my personalities and destruction is always nice, I'm not sure if Mishime is actually meant as Breeder support, which his previous version was. Breeder is all about disposable grunts that you don't overly mind losing or who'll come back anyway. I'm not sure how Mishime could be protected in battle.

That said, I lack the experience with Paragon and Oni to decide whether or not he'll fit in there. To see another of our Families' leaders is always great, even if his flavour text isn't creative or stellar. Wink

and so far we have seen 5 of our 7 personalities this expansion.... Daigotsu Setsuko is gonna be our other unique.... so that leaves one more as yet to be named
